 Main Duties

  • Greeting parents, students and school visitors
  • Dealing with pupil absences, maintaining (electronic) registers
  • General administration duties
  • Letter Processing
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with other staff members
  • Dealing with telephone queries in a positive and efficient manner
  • Booking appointments.
  • Maintaining resources and office organisation
  • Document control
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Creating and keeping spread sheets up to date
  • Any other reasonable duties when and where required.
