Post title to which post holder reports:  Associate Head teacher

Purpose of post: to undertake administrative activities as part of a team.

Competitive salary depending upon qualifications and experience.


Specific responsibilities:

  • Take a full range of duties and responsibilities in order to support the school in all aspects and promote the school’s Islamic ethos.
  • Attend to the needs of the staff as well as pupils
  • To make sure the office is running in a smooth order
  • Look after the day to day running of the administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with all staff
  • Any other duties deemed necessary, with respect to your role as administrator



Skills Required:

  • Previous experience of working as an Administrator
  • T. proficiency
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality;
  • Sound inter-personal skills;
  • Previous experience of working in a school setting.
